OUR COMPANY

SuperAA is an INDEPENDENT, Australian and locally owned company which offers SMSF Compliance Solutions for Australian Accounting and Financial Planning firms. Our local team assists in the transition, enrolment and review/audit process for our clients, while our offshore team is resourced with highly trained SMSF expertise to process and deliver accurate and detailed SMSF Compliance work. Our offshore office and team is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in state of the art offices with the latest IT technology.

OUR EMPLOYEES

Our staff are hired based on professional competencies and skills, with relevant qualifications and experience.

Where possible, we employ staff who have experience with Australian culture, either by way of residing, studying or living in Australia.

All employees receive intensive SMSF ongoing training in SMSF administration and SIS compliance, on any given SMSF software application.

OFFICE SECURITY AND STANDARDS

The office has 24/7 building security, floor security and office access security, together with internal computer security protocols of the highest standard.

Security guards, cameras and biometric finger scanning technology are used as part of our ongoing security protocols to protect client data.

Use of an Australian data centre for processing and storing all client SMSF data, together with internet security meets banking security standards.
